Honey Electrolyte Drink
Naturally packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids try honey in your own homemade electrolyte drink. Instead of reaching for a pre made energy drink full of artificial colours and flavours, try making our simple honey electrolyte drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 tsp murray river pink salt

- Add everything into a 500ml jar, and shake well to combine.
To use
- Consume after exercise, or when you are feeling dehydrated.
