Baked Feta with Honey, Olives, & Lemon Thyme
A simple yet sophisticated dish that elevates the humble block of feta into a sweet and salty entertainer's delight.
Ingredients
- 1 block feta
- 500 g pitted olives
- 1/2 lemon, rind only
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 sprigs lemon thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp Bee Delicate Lucerne Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the feta in a baking dish. Add olives, lemon rind, and sliced garlic to the dish.
- Pour over the olive oil and sprinkle the salt over the top. Mix to coat the olives.
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the feta begins to lightly brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with a generous drizzle of honey. Serve with slices of crusty bread.
