Honey Oatmeal Face Mask

Using breakfast staples, this natural face mask will feed your skin. A natural humectant, honey draws in moisture to the skin. Combined with the exfoliating qualities of oatmeal and yogurt, this face mask is a simple and natural alternative.

Honey & Oat Face Mask

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plain yoghurt

  • Place the oatmeal in a blender or food processor and grind quickly to make a coarse powder.
  • Empty the oat powder into a mixing bowl and mix with the honey and yoghurt.
To use
  • Leave to stand for up to 10 minutes, so the yoghurt and honey soak into the oats.
  • Smooth the mixture into the face, avoiding the eye area.
  • Sit back and relax for 5 - 10 mins.
  • Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
