Pre Exercise Honey Drink
Give your performance a lift, with 100% pure Australian honey. Studies have shown that honey works as well as most commercial energy gels, but without the artificial preservatives, colourings and sweeteners found in the gels. Ingredients
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 ltr water
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
Notes
You can simply eat a teaspoon or two of honey, however diluting in water will also help with your hydration before exercising. Adding some of your favourite fruits just make things that more fun!
